What's included when we build your site?
We design every website from scratch without ready-made templates. We write all the copy for the site based on what you tell us about your services, prices and customers.
Every website we build includes search engine optimisation, in which we use the words your customers search with in the page titles and descriptions. We also mark up your business details in a format search engines understand and make the site light enough to load quickly even on a mobile network. We don't promise the top spot in search results, but we get the fundamentals right.
More and more people ask an AI assistant such as ChatGPT for recommendations. That's why we write your business details on the site clearly enough for an AI assistant to quote them in its answer as they are. We also submit the site to Bing, whose index Microsoft Copilot, among others, draws on.
We publish the site on your business's own domain, which we register for you if needed.
You don't need any copy or photos ready, because we write the copy ourselves and tell you which photos are worth taking for the site. Photos taken with a phone are usually perfectly good, and we also take care of editing and placing them.
We build the whole site first so that you can see it in full before paying anything. We adjust it to your wishes until you're happy with the result and only invoice you after that.
Before work begins, we tell you in writing what your website will include and what it will cost. A typical business website is ready in under a week, and all we need from you is one conversation at the start and your approval of the finished site.
Maintenance
We take care of your site after it goes live, too
While we maintain your site, everything to do with it is our responsibility. The monthly fee covers, among other things, the following:
- Content changes: prices, opening hours, services, text and images
- Managing and renewing your web hosting
- Managing and renewing your domain, if we hold it
- Technical updates and security
- Backups of your site
- Monitoring that the site is working
- Investigating and fixing any faults
- Notifying search engines of changes
- Advice and support by email
You can send a change request by email at any time, and we'll always make the change the same day. Changes don't require you to log in to any system, and they aren't billed separately.

What does a website cost?

- The price depends on the scope of the site and is given to you in writing before work begins. You only pay once you've seen the finished website and want to start using it. The price includes design, copywriting, optimisation for search engines and AI search, and building the site and publishing it on your own domain.
- Maintenance
- €29 / month + VAT
- First month free
- The monthly fee covers all the maintenance work described above, and the first month is free from the day the site goes live. You can cancel the agreement at any time, and you won't be billed from the following month onwards.
We strongly recommend maintenance, because it keeps your site in step with current technology so it doesn't become outdated. We carry out technical updates, fix any faults and update your content whenever you ask.
We stick to the agreed price and don't bill separately for hours, individual changes or contacting us.
Contract terms in brief
You can hold the domain yourself or leave it to us to look after, whichever suits your business better. As part of the maintenance, we take care of renewing the web hosting and any domain we look after, so that your site stays up without interruption.
If you cancel maintenance, we transfer the site to you at no extra cost. The same applies to the domain if we hold it.
Maintenance covers all changes to the existing site. Entirely new pages and features such as a booking system are agreed separately, and we tell you their price in advance.
The terms above are our standard practice, but we can also agree on a different arrangement with your business.
